We are The Rookie Sailors, not the saltiest of sea dogs on the ocean. We learn something new about sailing and living aboard every single day and we believe (and hope!) that continues till the day we become landlubbers. Left Denmark in June 2022 and sailed down to warmer climates in The Med now on our way to The Caribbean. We are digital nomads that keep the cruising kitty full with sustainability and advertising work. We write and play music aboard and released our debut album with The Shrines just before we set sail. Freediving, spearfishing and scuba diving makes the mind a happy place. 🤿

⚓️ Tenerife anchor chilling before the final preparations for the Atlantic crossing starts. We have booked two weeks in Santa Cruz Marina on Tenerife before we leave for Cape Verde, if anyone else is there in November let us know 🙏🤘⛵️
Fast (at least for our standards 😅) and bumby ride from Rubicon Lanzarote to the top of Tenerife. 2-2.5 meter short and somewhat confused waves made sleep into short naps instead 😅 But we did surf down waves up to 8.9 knots 🏄♀️ Wuhuuu!! If anyone is on Tenerife let us know 🙌
