Not my boat!
Probably one of my favorite sails ever. June 21st 2024. Just perfect conditions and the first time sailing my boat on the Atlantic travelling from Cape May to Atlantic City.
First trip out in the Atlantic on my Hunter 36 was pretty magical… except for that moment at 1am when the anchor rode wrapped itself around the rudder as the tide shifted. Luckily, no harm done, and the rest of the trip was smooth sailing! Time to brush up on my anchoring technique before the next adventure.
