2 1/2 days at sea, we were averaging 10-12 knots in the Gulf Stream but the current was against us as we motored with one working engine into the anchorage. We were going Donny speed 🐢 💨 coming into the inlet. The first day was a little uncomfortable but good sailing. We didn’t get much sleep and by the next afternoon the conditions were great 👍 We had a hose clamp rust off that was connected to a thruhull for our fuel tank vent underway. Got a good salty rinse before we realized it 😳 ! Captain was quick to fix it although it gave him a little seasickness 🤒 The last sail for awhile since Lost will be getting some much needed boat work done here for the next month or so. We got some beers and food at the salty dog as soon as we arrived to get off the boat and stretch our legs. Now we hope to get some rest tonight but the 30knots of wind may keep us up again…
