Docked at emerald harbor marina. Showers are roomy. Laundry is free and the slip is well protected. Today I’m going to perform another shaft alignment since we’ve been running for about 130 hours on the first alignment. Things tend to settle after the first few hours. We also have the new prop on so it makes sense to ensure everything is humming along. Also planning to set the grommets in the tarp so it’s fitted to the boat. So far the tarp has been a huge win for our comfort. Even with massive rains, we are able to keep the entire boat livable. The evolution of liveaboard life is really a fun and challenging process. Finding the optimal solution for comfort and utility is a daily exercise that pays off over time. Oh and we ate at an amazing Thai restaurant last night just a short walk from the marina.
