We sailed to Cypress Island in Washington’s San Juan Islands this spring—and had the hiking trails completely to ourselves! The quiet anchorage offered open mooring balls and blooming wildflowers like the dawn lily and calypso orchid. A peaceful escape into nature, perfect for spring sailors, hikers, and wildflower lovers. Great wind to get us there out of the North at 10-15 knots.
