Run Away!

Pretty stinky weather coming and while we wanted to join all the fun in Norman’s Pond, our Island Wi-Fi hotspot wasn’t working and we need to use the down time to catch up on work. Davis Harbor Marina is probably the cheapest in the Bahamas ($1.90/ft!) and a straight 5hr sail from Shroud. No wind to start, then just enough to motor sail, then it came up nicely and had a lovely sail for the last 2 hours. Needed a lil refuel while underway (jiggle siphons are awesome). Got tied up to the dock just before the wind started coming up pretty hard. Thought for sure we’d score something on the trolling rod but not even a nibble! Will jump back across to the Exumas once the gnar is over!
