Day 17! Sailing to the Bahamas

Didn’t make it to Hampton tonight but we secured another peaceful anchorage at sunset. This morning we were dealing with confused seas and winds on our nose. The wind did eventually shift but it was later than expected and didn’t stay too long. Once the wind shifted, we weren’t hitting the waves on our nose and it did calm down. Inching closer! Hopefully tomorrow we’ll make it to Hampton before we hit Norfolk!
