We’re on it. Protecting the good name of SPAM for boaters while working hard to rid ourselves of these annoying spammers in our app. Today we begin launching tools we’ve been working hard on for the last few weeks. To detect, mute, and suspend these users who aren’t here for sharing miles, getting anchorage tips, getting together on a beach, or lending a hand. Please keep reporting and blocking users as we refine and tune these tools in the coming weeks. They won’t be gone overnight. We have the same challenges Instagram and WhatsApp face with spam, but with an added layer of complexity because we want to ensure boaters can freely communicate; for safety and for fun.
