An island to oneself the to Niue

We set sail from Suwarrow to Niue. We went from being the most alone and completely isolated in Suwarrow and hopped off to Niue. First 24 hours great start with wind on the beam 18-20knots with 2.5-3 meter following seas. The following 24 hours turned up a bit with stronger winds and bigger seas to follow. Winds up to 30 knot’s consistent for 12 hours with waves smashing onto the boat and sometimes over the boat. It was a salty sail and the final 24 hours were full of clear skies, stars and winds back to a steady 17knots. Arrived to Niue, lifted the dingy up on a crane to shore to check in. Ate some friend chicken, had an ice cold passage beer and now rest up for exploring and adventuring around Niue for the next week!
