Bittersweet to have completed our final sail in the Bahamas before heading back to the states. The weather surprised us, in a good way for once. Thought we were in for a motor sail at best but ended up with 10-15 knots on our beam for the majority of the day. Last time we were at West End, we had a cold front pushing through with 30+ knot winds and 4-6 foot seas. It actually looks like a lovely place on a nice day and Indian Rock pass isn’t nearly so daunting. Planning to head west later this week/weekend. I’m not emotionally prepared to leave this water!!!
