Whales 🐋 and more whales

The last hour I have seen over a dozen humpbacks going south near the Oregon California border. I've never seen so many. A bit too far away to photograph. Fortunately!!

Overnight run to Brookings Oregon

Finally got a break in the northerly winds to head north. Decided it was best to make it an overnight passage in order to arrive before afternoon winds make the bar crossing a concern. Sunrise and I have this part of the ocean to myself.
