Paddled within 300 yards of a transient Orca pod, plus 4 whale watching boats. Crawled slowly upwind from Pear Point towards Flat Point, then downwind from there to the harbor (more or less). Short sleeves and warm wind. Probably could’ve ditched the booties too.
