We made it!!! My longest passage so far! Everything went pretty well… was a bit seasick at the start but got better throughout and started to really get into a rhythm. Was feeling a lot more energetic (and even a bit antsy) towards the end. Poor visibility throughout due to Saharan sand, but very few boats around anyways… 😄 We were averaging 8knots but tried to hove to upon arrival as the lights into port weren’t good (which reduced our average). Overall though, much quicker than the expected 7 days, good crew, good meal prep, lovely night watches, and a few dolphins on arrival! 🐬 Time to explore these islands!! 🏝️
