Some big waves (surfed a few at 12knots), strong current and rain out there today as we downwind motor sailed from block to port Jefferson. We spent most of the day manually steering the helm since autopilot couldn’t keep up. A wet anchoring but happy we decided to go on the inside even tho it’s gonna take longer. At least we had a peaceful night at block island last night, I think the wind will be howling all night tonight. Another jump tomorrow, tonight Shepard pie and drying off.
