Celebrated Canada Day for the first time!

Got a little emotional seeing Canada come into view. Can’t believe we got here from Florida. So surreal 🛥️

Current helped us out & we were able to get through 7 locks! Went through our last Erie Canal lock & 6 of the 7 Oswego Canal locks. Evan had special visitors aboard! My dad & step mom joined us in this heat wave 🥵

Got to share the morning with my grandpa! He was the first person to say he wanted to join us on the loop & that was along the Erie Canal. So special!

Surreal to go through New York Harbor! A little rough out there but we made it work

This was such a milestone for us. From Florida to New York, the last 1,000+ miles have tested our patience, skill, weather reading, stamina & so much more. And I’d do it all again to get here & have this feeling!

First time taking the ocean route in Northern Attitude! Inlets had ripping currents otherwise the cruise couldn’t have been better

Long day but we reached state #8 on the loop. Enjoyed dinner Lobster House!
