Staples Cut

Dead calm around Cape Caution (very thankful!). We’re anchored in about 30’ in Staples Cut, a little anchorage tucked among the islands of the Walker Group in the middle of Queen Charlotte Strait. The morning was thick with fog, giving the Strait a mysterious vibe. You couldn’t tell where the horizon began. The water in the anchorage is crystal clear and deep turquoise in color.
