Brian & Erin², our longest buddy boat crew, just set sail north while we're heading south. For the first time since we met, our boats are headed in opposite directions. Over the past 4 years, we’ve sailed thousands of nautical miles side by side, usually within sight of each other. This is the bittersweet reality of cruising, and it hits hard. "Goodbye" takes on a whole new meaning when you live at sea. You never know when a fellow adventurer will change course and sail off into the horizon. Here’s your reminder to live in the moment and meet as many cruisers around you as you can. No matter what anyone says, it’s the bonds you make with cruisers along your journey that bring the true magic to this water world—even when the Exumas are sparkling with beauty all around you. For me, the greatest value of the SeaPeople app is its ability to keep us connected with those kindred spirits, even when plans take you thousands of miles away from each other. Love you guys and can’t wait to share an anchorage again someday! @Regenero @erinjanecarey @erin
