What a stunning day! βοΈ Warm sun on our face as we breathe in the rare good weather cruisin' round Lysefjorden from Stavanger. Hardly anyone on the water after a busy Easter long holiday... perhaps most everyone was gardening or preparing their home for 17th Mai celebrations next month... no worries, we enjoyed the 4-hour hike up and down the famous Preikestolen and --beleive it or not--pretty much no people hiking on the way down. Postcard, unbelievable views, and that scary, breathtaking moment of the last bend before reaching and being on Pulpit Rock (#IYKYK). Wasn't the usual windy weather β it was truly brilliant timing. π And... the post hike swim in the icy-cold Fjord was just what we needed. Feeling refreshed and watching the pastel skyes and sunset, complete with the blue hour π and glow of Lysefjorden β¨οΈ Our hearts were full and so were our tummies (tapas and a sauna ...does it get any better than this?!) ππ And then it was time for a quick visit to the "Barception" at Lysefjorden hotel to return the sauna key and say by to the famous Pulpit Rock. What a day!
