Had a wonderful morning on the water. The sun was a bit shy but the wind was not 😎 20-25kn. We stayed here for one day and in the clear night sky I saw 9!!! shooting stars 🤩
Wind 10-15kn, S SW, blue sky with some fluffy clouds. Perfect sailing👌🥰 At Marstal you should visit the museum of ship history- what a gem! I was surprised by paintings of the 19th century because many women are pictured steering the boats. 😎💪🏻 ℹ️ my trip ends before the harbour because my smartphone battery died 🙈
Wind!!! Where are you? At least we made a quick stop for swimming and enjoying the calm sunny day. Wind was shy - I am not. At least we sailed a little (very little) bit and had a stunning sunset at the harbour.
Today we launched ViVA, a Comar Comet 1050 from 1986, back into the water. First trip we went under machine to the homeport „Heiligenhafen“ (Holy Harbour 😇). Wind blew with 6-7 bft and an average wave of 1,5m. The sun came out early and we licked the salty spray from our lips. What a feeling to be back on the Baltic Sea 🌊🥰.
Today we practiced some man overboard maneuvers along the way, practiced various harbor maneuvers in Umag and Portoroz and sailed a bit in a light westerly wind. All in all a successful day, which was rewarded with a fish dinner in Piran.
Early bird trip. 7am we left the harbour of Venice and had the first coffee and Cannoli Veneziano after setting sails. Worth the wait ☕️🤤! The wind left us in the afternoon but it came back two hours before we arrived at our destination Novigrad. Blast day on the water - now we chill and watch the sunset 🥰.
Today we started with strong wind and sunshine. The wind got weaker in the afternoon and we had an amazing approach to Venice.
