Thanks for a great week Annapolis. It was so special getting to meet so many SeaPeople betas and talk to new users as well. Between the booth, the International Cruisers Awards, and all the seminars we put on this week, our voices are shot but our excitement is riding high. Thanks everyone. You are all sea people and without you, there is no SeaPeople. Here are a couple early releases of pictures from the awards night. Thanks to Thrive off grid.
Who’s in Annapolis??? ⛵️ Come by for a chat and a free hat! Charge up your phone 📱 and charge up your liver with free beer 🍻 for SP users! The show is about to open! YB7 and YB8 right next to the entrance!
Many of us fish. 🎣 But there are some SeaPeople that really know how to catch. 🐟 A sailing commercial fishing boat 🤯??? Check out Brandon and Kate on the FV Aleta and see their latest tuna trip offshore. Down in the gulf, off the coast of Mississippi, fishing is a generational family affair for @lostboy25. Check out how they used 🪁 to catch fish on their latest trip. Get some inspiration from SeaPeople 🎣 pros. Send ‘em a message and get some tips. What’s your fishing secret?
Sneak Peek 👀 at some of what’s in your next build… This next release is big. And we thank you for guiding us on what to focus on. Crew tagging, live trips, and more in the next sneak peek. All your top requests.
💨 Beginnings and ends 🏁. A sailors tale. As some sea people’s big adventures come to a close, others are just getting started. Give @Rhys some kudos 🤙🏻 on the final leg of his 3.5 year journey. What an adventure. ⛵️ And watch 👀 @Marius_SV_Hafgufa embark on a 3 year circumnavigation. 🌎 Are you just getting started on a trip? Big or small? We want to hear about your change in season, plans for the shift in Atlantic weather, and emergence out of Hurricane 🌀 season.
📊 Stats from your trips!!! 🗺️ Yay!!! Hurry and get ready for stats by making a trip(s) from your server track! As part of a big update to SeaPeople, we will be adding historical trip stats to your profile and one tap trip saving to logbooks. Meaning the server track is replaced with individual logbook entries! Do you have tracking you never posted as a trip? To get credit for these miles in your stats, you need to make a trip or multiple trips from your saved server track. Trim, add, and move points if you like. Any miles that live in your logbook as trips already will become part of your stats. Miles never turned into trips will be lost if you don’t create a trip asap.
